Starting his career from humble beginnings, Jeff worked his way up within Pick n Pay before being approached by the late Danny Talhami, whose passion for Faradays Electrical inspired Jeff to embark on a new path in the industry.

With nearly two decades at Faradays, Jeff has grown from a dedicated team member into a respected branch manager known for his hands-on approach and strong leadership. His background in project management, organisation, and team coordination shaped the foundation of his leadership style — one that values communication, collaboration, and accountability.

Reflecting on his career, Jeff finds his greatest reward in watching his team grow and succeed. For him, leadership is not about authority but about mentorship — guiding, supporting, and empowering others to reach their potential. His open-door policy and people-first approach have helped build a culture of trust and respect within his branch.

A Personal Insight

At his core, Jeff is motivated by family — both his own and the Faradays family. His commitment to balance, integrity, and compassion shapes not only his leadership but also his approach to life.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his loved ones, especially his grandkids. “Whether it’s a braai by the pool or a weekend at the dam, those moments keep me grounded,” he shares.

Jeff credits two key figures as his greatest influences: his late father, Frank, who taught him the value of balance and family, and his late friend and mentor, Danny Talhami, whose relentless passion for Faradays and drive to deliver every project “110% better than expected” continue to guide him today.
